At Salty Crew, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear for your next voyage. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the box is taped shut and the return label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
